Through collaborative efforts with multiple corporate donors, we are proud to spearhead the implementation of the “RAAHI – National Truckers Eye Health Program” in the state of Chhattisgarh, as implementing partners of SightSavers India. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by truck drivers in accessing eye care services, we have devised a practical and innovative system that brings these essential services directly to them. RAAHI stands as one of the most significant eye health programs in the country, specifically designed to cater to the overworked and dedicated truck drivers’ community. Leveraging the expertise and reach of our vision centers, we are actively engaged in this transformative intervention, ensuring that this marginalized community receives the care they deserve. By taking the services directly to the drivers, we eliminate the barriers they face in accessing traditional eye care facilities. As proud partners of SightSavers India, we join hands with them in delivering sustainable eye health interventions to truck drivers across Chhattisgarh.
